By accessing and using CyberJab's platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

CyberJab provides cybersecurity training through hands-on cloud labs, expert-led courses, and certification programs. Our platform offers interactive learning experiences designed to enhance cybersecurity skills and knowledge.

Service Disclaimer

Please note the following important disclaimers:

• CyberJab provides training and educational content but does not guarantee specific certification outcomes or job placement
• Hands-on labs and Cyber Range environments are provided "as-is" for educational purposes only
• We are not responsible for any security incidents, data loss, or damages that may occur in your personal Azure Cyber Range environment
• Training content is for educational purposes only and should not be used for unauthorized access to systems or illegal activities
• Service availability is subject to maintenance, updates, and third-party service dependencies (e.g., Microsoft Azure)

3. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of our platform, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the platform to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights
• Transmit malicious code or conduct cyberattacks
• Interfere with platform security or functionality
• Share account credentials with others

5. Intellectual Property

Platform Content

All content, materials, and intellectual property on the CyberJab platform are owned by CyberJab LLC or its licensors. This includes but is not limited to course materials, lab environments, software, graphics, logos, and text. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content without explicit written permission from CyberJab.

User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you create in your Cyber Range environment and on the platform. However:

• You grant CyberJab a license to access and monitor your Cyber Range environment for security, support, and compliance purposes
• Course submissions, forum posts, and public content may be used by CyberJab for platform improvement, marketing (with attribution), and educational purposes
• You represent that you have the right to grant these licenses and that your content does not violate any third-party rights

Trademarks

"CyberJab" and related logos are trademarks of CyberJab LLC. You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent.

6. Payment and Subscription Terms

Subscription Fees

Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law or as specified below. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to active subscribers.

Refund Policy

• 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: Refunds are available within 14 days of initial subscription purchase, no questions asked
• Subscription Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No Refunds For: Violations of Terms of Service, abuse of services, or after the 14-day refund period
• Partial Refunds: Pro-rated refunds may be available for annual subscriptions cancelled mid-term (contact support for details)
• Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method

To request a refund, contact security@cyberjab.org with your account information and reason for refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

CyberJab LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the platform immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notifications. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. If you are located outside the United States, local laws may apply to certain aspects of these Terms.

Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution: We encourage you to contact us at security@cyberjab.org to resolve any disputes informally before pursuing formal proceedings.

Arbitration: Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), except where prohibited by law. Arbitration will be conducted in the United States and will be conducted in English.

Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes individually, not as part of a class action, collective action, or representative proceeding. This does not prevent you from seeking injunctive relief in court for intellectual property violations or other urgent matters.
